DESCRIPTION:Strengthening the Marine Transportation System Cyber Workforce\
 n\n\nSplit into two sessions\, the first session will run for approximatel
 y 5-15 minutes and provide an introduction to the working group as it was 
 only recently established as an outcome from the previous Symposium held i
 n Long Beach\, California. This introduction will include background to th
 e working group\, a summary of its work and findings\, desired deliverable
 s and future goals.\n\nThe second session will discuss how various partner
 ships through academia\, industry\, and international partnerships can str
 engthen experience and skill sets of the workforce. Other topics that may 
 be discussed include building a common training repository\, identifying k
 ey skills/skills gaps across International Cyber MTS workforce\, and devel
 oping/consolidating a list of best practices to strengthen the workforce  
 which may be a great for group discussion to solicit/gather feedback from 
 the audience
