Koh Chin Yong

Chief Information Officer / Director (IT), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)

Mr Koh Chin Yong leads the Information Technology Division in MPA. He is responsible to deliver the strategic outcomes for MPA in the areas of digitalisation and cybersecurity. Having spent the earlier part of his career with PSA Corporation, he has more than two decades of IT experience in
both port and container operations and has been with the public sector agencies since 2006.

He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a computer engineering degree and attended the Advanced Management Programme from the National Defence University of United States of America where he received a Distinguished Graduate in the Chief Information Officer Certification programme.
