MTS Cybersecurity Coordinator, US Coast Guard, United States Coast Guard

Mr. Nick Parham currently serves as a Marine Transportation System (MTS) Cybersecurity Coordinator responsible for development and execution of Coast Guard cybersecurity regulations and policies impacting maritime transportation system stakeholders operating in the Atlantic Area. Information sharing amongst government and private stakeholders related to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices for mitigation strategies is critical to advancing Coast Guard efforts. The area of responsibility for the Coast Guard Atlantic Area Command encompasses all inland and coastal maritime operations east of the Rocky Mountains including Puerto Rico with oversight of MTS Cybersecurity personnel stationed at five District offices and their thirty-one subordinate units.
