Brian Wilson is the Deputy Director of the Global Maritime Operational Threat Response (MOTR) Coordination Center, the U.S. Government’s office that aligns the response to maritime threats that could include malicious maritime cyber activities. He earned a doctorate for his dissertation on maritime cooperation and has written extensively on maritime law enforcement, the law of the sea, and crisis management. He previously served more twenty years as an officer and lawyer in the U. S. Navy.
